We are seeking a creative Senior Product Designer, who is passionate about UX, design, product and technology.

As Senior User Experience Design, you will be responsible for:

• Leading a new and complex product area with full ownership over the full design process: Ideation, research, design, validation, and hand-off.
• Having to collaborate with product management and engineering to create innovative solutions for the user experience.
• Conducting analysis to solve customer pain points, integrating AI tools (like Claude, LLMs, and Figma Make) into your workflow to speed up ideation and execution.
• Identifying and prioritizing opportunities that elevate the product experience and create clear design flows.
• Contributing to team knowledge by sharing user-centered design best practices.

Do What You Love

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have 5+ years designing complex, data-driven B2B SaaS products with proven successful outcomes.
• Have a portfolio showing design skills, process understanding, and business impact.
• Have excellent communication skills to present designs and influence various stakeholders.
• Have experience participating in product strategy discussions and thinking beyond just the visual aspects. (not just 'how it should look' but 'what we should build')
• Have practical experience using generative AI (Claude, LLMs, Figma AI) to streamline your day-to-day design work, alongside a solid grasp of core UX methodologies.
• Have up-to-date knowledge of UI trends, UX patterns, techniques, and emerging technologies.
