Online Business Manager, Marketing and Sales Operations Reservations Manager

I am an operator turned advisor in short-term rentals. I spent twenty years running and scaling STR businesses at CEO and board level, and I now run an education and advisory brand: STR Global Unlocked (podcast), the STR Academy, a 90-Day Accelerator and 1:1 Advisory. Demand is there. What is missing is the person who turns leads into conversations and conversations into sales, without me chasing every step.

This role owns that.

What you will own

Pipeline: every lead from LinkedIn, conferences, the podcast and partners lands in HighLevel with a clear next step, and is followed up within 48 hours.

Funnel: you build and improve pages, forms, sequences and automations in HighLevel yourself. Not briefing an agency, doing it.

Conversion: you run the monthly workshop engine end to end, from invitations and reminders to replays and follow-up, and take qualifying sales calls.

Marketing execution: email calendar, segmentation, nurture sequences and partner campaigns go out on time, in my voice.

Podcast growth: you pitch me as a guest on relevant shows and coordinate guests for STR Global Unlocked.

Reporting: one short weekly report on the numbers that matter: leads, response time, calls booked, sales, email performance.

Who you are

You have owned a revenue number before, not just tasks.

You have built funnels in HighLevel or a comparable stack with your own hands.

You write clearly and can draft in someone else's voice.

You use AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT daily, and you check the output.

You close loops without reminders.

Experience in hospitality, travel or online education is a plus, not a requirement.

The setup

Remote, 35 to 40 hours a week, with at least four hours overlap with Central European Time.

Fixed monthly base plus a bonus on every sale. The more you sell, the more you earn.

Long-term role reporting directly to me.
