About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer with 6+ years of experience in both backend and frontend development. The ideal candidate should possess strong skills in Java (Spring Boot) and Node.js for backend development, as well as proficiency in React.js for frontend development, and have solid experience with MySQL.

You will be responsible for building scalable, high-performance, and secure applications, integrating APIs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. This role requires end-to-end ownership of features from design to deployment, ensuring both backend robustness and frontend usability

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java (Spring Boot) and Node.js.
• Build dynamic, responsive, and user-friendly frontends using React.js, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Develop and consume RESTful APIs and ensure seamless integration between frontend and backend.
• Work with MySQL databases: design schemas, optimise queries, and manage data efficiently.
• Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, QA, and DevOps to deliver high-quality features.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle — from requirement analysis and design to implementation and deployment.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimise applications for performance, scalability, and security.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
• Collaborate on CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in full-stack development.
• Frontend skills in React.js, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+).
• Database experience: MySQL (query optimization, schema design.
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, and unit testing frameworks (JUnit, Jest, Mocha).
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and Docker/Kubernetes is a plus.
• Solid understanding of OOP principles, design patterns, and microservices architecture.
• Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
