What You’ll Own

> Project Execution: Lead end-to-end delivery across pods (creative, media, intel, tech). Turn ideas into launch plans, assign owners, set timelines, and keep milestones on track.

> Workflow Design & Optimization: Build and refine ClickUp workflows, templates, and automations that slash friction and boost speed.

> Process Standards & Hygiene: Create crystal-clear SOPs and enforce high data hygiene so everyone always knows the status of every task.

> KPI Tracking & Reporting: Define, pull, and publish weekly metrics that spotlight bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement.

> Bottleneck Busting & Risk Mitigation: Proactively surface blockers, forecast risks, and implement fixes before they bite.

> Cross-Team Coordination: Act as air-traffic controller, aligning priorities and ensuring stage-gates hit their dates.

> Continuous Improvement: After each launch, run quick retros, capture lessons, and iterate on process so the next cycle is smoother.

> Executive Communication: Deliver crisp status reports and solution-oriented updates to the CEO/COO.

> Median Brief -> Live Cycle Time: target 5 days.

Must-Have Qualifications

> 4+ years in operations, project, or program management (startup or agency pace).

> Proven record of shipping cross-functional projects on time and on spec.
