Role Description

We are looking for an amazing, creative and data-driven marketing enthusiast who knows how to excite others for the innovative and market-leading AirPlus products and services. As the Marketing Manager UK & US, you will be responsible for the execution of local omnichannel Marketing activities in our key English-speaking markets.

Your Mission

• You will develop and implement the marketing strategy for the UK and US markets – targeted, data-driven, and always with a focus on ROI.

• You will conceptualize and manage creative campaigns across channels such as LinkedIn, Google Ads, HubSpot, and others, ensuring they not only generate reach but also deliver real added value.

• You will contribute fresh ideas to generate leads, engage customers, and leverage cross-selling and upselling potential in collaboration with our sales teams.

• You will create content that not only informs but also inspires – from blog posts and white papers to podcasts and webinars.

• You will plan and organize exciting events – both physical and digital – and ensure they are unforgettable.

What you bring

• Several years of experience in digital B2B marketing – ideally in the payment, finance, or SaaS sector.

• A hands-on mentality, combined with creative thinking and a strategic perspective.

• Proficient in SEO/SEM, performance campaigns, paid social media, and related tools.

• Hands-on experience with Marketing Automation tools, such as HubSpot or Adobe Campaign

• Experience working with international teams and a passion for intercultural exchange.

• A successfully completed degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
