Role Description

We are hiring a Senior Graphic Designer who can lead day-to-day visual production across client work and Airlo’s internal brand. Graphic design is the core of the role, but motion skills are required — you should be comfortable creating reels, short animations, and simple motion videos when needed.

What we're looking for

• 3–6+ years experience in graphic design with proven motion capability
• Strong portfolio showing:
• high-level graphic design craft (layout, typography, composition)
• at least a few strong motion pieces (social ads, promos, simple explainers)

Proficiency in:

• Adobe Photoshop (must)
• Adobe Illustrator (must)
• After Effects (must)
• Figma (preferred / must if you want)
• Strong attention to detail (spacing, alignment, hierarchy, consistency)
• Speed + reliability: you can handle multiple requests, keep quality high, and hit deadlines
• Clear communication and comfort working async with feedback loops
