We are seeking a talented Graphic & Motion Designer to join our team and bring bold ideas to life for our diverse clients.
Responsibilities:
- Design high-quality graphics, illustrations, and branding assets tailored to client needs.
- Create engaging motion graphics and animations for digital campaigns, videos, and social media content.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely delivery of client requests, maintaining our 24-48 hour turnaround standard.
- Bring creative concepts to life through innovative design and motion work.
- Ensure designs align with client brand guidelines and project requirements.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop creative strategies and solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate them into design work.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Graphic & Motion Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing both static and motion work.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.).
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and animation principles.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for creativity.
Preferred:
- Experience working with subscription-based or fast-paced creative agencies.
- Knowledge of additional tools like Figma or Blender is a plus.
- Familiarity with Webflow or similar platforms is an added advantage.
