Role Description
As the Head of Social Media Marketing at Airlearn, you will shape our brand's digital presence and drive engagement across various social media platforms. You will develop and execute creative, impactful social media and content strategies that will build brand awareness and drive engagement with the audience.
Responsibilities
• Develop and execute innovative social media strategies across various platforms that align with the brand’s values and objectives including crafting the social media content calendar
• Manage all social media channels, including Tiktok, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn
• Create engaging and compelling content, including text, image, and video posts
• Monitor social media trends and analyze campaign performance metrics
• Foster and nurture relationships with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and feedback promptly.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media campaigns with overall marketing efforts
• Trendspotting, tracking & analysis of channel performance and overall platform management
Qualifications
• Proven work experience as a Social Media Head or similar role with consumer tech companies.
• Expertise in social media marketing, relationship management, video editing, social listening for a consumer tech brand
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms, advertising, and digital marketing trends.
• Excellent creative and writing skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
