About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on product builder, someone who thrives in early-stage environments and can blend product thinking with real execution.

You may come from a product background, an engineering background, or both.

What matters is this:

You build. You ship.

This role is ideal for someone who:

• Wants to influence product direction
• Is comfortable handling both frontend or backend code
• Can drive features from idea → spec → implementation → release
• Wants to own major platform components end-to-end

You’ll help us deliver core upcoming features, including our platform maintenance, digital wallet integration, secondary investment marketplace, and the full investor platform experience.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate with the executive team to translate business strategy into product
• Own and deliver key product initiatives by turning high-level goals into concrete, well-scoped implementation plans.
• Shape and build major features: Digital wallet integration, Secondary investment marketplace, Investor onboarding, dashboards, and transaction flows, among others
• Maintain clear product documentation, specs, user flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Help shape the technical and product architecture of the platform
• Ensure all features meet strong standards around authentication, permissions, security, and financial transaction integrity.
• Review analytics, user behavior, and performance to guide continuous improvement.

Who We're Looking For

• 5–10 years building real digital products end-to-end (startup/fintech/proptech ideal).
• A builder with strong execution instincts and the ability to cut scope, prioritize, and ship fast.
• Ability to read and write code is a must. We don't care if you use Cursor, Lovable, Bolt, whatever, as long as you ensure security, data integrity, and clear architectural restraints to ensure scalability and flexibility
• Extreme ownership, strong communication, and a bias toward action.
• Based in Bulgaria.
