About The Role
AirAdvisor helps air passengers claim compensation for delayed, overbooked and canceled flights. We are currently creating a Social Media Groups strategy, particularly on Facebook at scale, impacting our growth and customer intelligence engine. If you have managed audiences beyond corporate pages and ideally know how to automate the communication with the engaged users, we would love to hear from you.
What You Will Bring:
- Experience working for international clients or marketing agencies in/from US, UK, Europe, Canada preferred.
- Hands-on experience managing Facebook Groups and communities.
- Organized and reliable — you can manage multiple groups, calendars, and tasks independently with minimal supervision.
- Curiosity about users’ behavior online and knowledge on how to influence in an efficient and professional manner.
- Experience working with automated tools and AI.
- Interest in scaling social initiatives from scratch.
- Fluent English: you can express ideas clearly and tailor tone to a group’s mood.
It will be ideal if you also have experience in:
- In TravelTech, LegalTech, customer claims or passenger rights sectors.
- Managing multi-language communities and/or diverse user audiences.
- Some design skills (Canva or similar tools) to create basic visuals or repurpose templates.
What You Will Do:
- Launch and manage multiple Facebook Groups across languages and regions (focused on airline claims, passenger rights, and travel-related topics).
- Develop and execute a posting calendar that encourages real conversation and attracts relevant users organically.
- Implement automated posting strategies at scale (hundreds of posts), while keeping the content valuable and user-friendly.
- Moderate discussions proactively and create positive customer experiences in a proactive way.
- Work with AI-powered tools to auto-respond to comments and identify common behavioral patterns in users’ feedback.
- Spot and mitigate risks: you will shape groups’ tone, enhance positive vibe, and drive informative interactions.
- Collaborate with the broader Team on content angles and group themes, e.g. related to travel related complaints.
