We are committed to driving growth through our offer development and are seeking a highly skilled, motivated, data-driven, strategic, and proactive Product Manager with expertise in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) to expand and optimize our services portfolio, including subscriptions and insurance.
This position is ideal for professionals with a passion for data-driven decision-making, consumer psychology, user experience design. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to push boundaries and make a measurable impact.
You will play a key role in enhancing our user experience, increasing engagement, and driving business growth through A/B testing, margin optimization, and innovative retention strategies (“refer a friend”, loyalty program etc.)

What You Will Do:
- Enhance Growth & Conversion Strategies: Optimize user journeys, conduct iterative testing, and implement data-driven initiatives to improve engagement and conversion rates.
- Bring a creative approach to product development, seeking innovative solutions to enhance user experience and drive growth, including communications with users/clients.
- Identify and prioritize opportunities for conversion improvements across the product lifecycle, with a focus on subscription models and insurance products.
- Design & Execute A/B Testing Programs to enhance retention, pricing strategies, and new product adoption.
- Perform competitive analysis to understand market trends, positioning, and opportunities in the InsurTech space. Continuously monitor industry trends, competitor strategies, user behaviors and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and market opportunities. Lead key initiatives such as subscription models, loyalty programs, and AI-powered features to ensure strategic alignment.
- Monitor and report on product performance metrics: Understand local media landscape and define the right mix of digital/non-digital investment to drive user base growth within the agreed CAC (cost of acquisition) targets. Track and monitor key growth metrics that inform the success of products and communicate details, updates and implementations across all stakeholders and teams with extreme attention to detail.
- Proactively identify and resolve strategic and technical issues that may impact the team’s ability to meet goals.
- Create detailed user stories and requirements, translating business needs into actionable items for the development team. Work collaboratively with designers and developers to enhance UI/UX and optimize customer interactions.
- Apply expertise in quantitative analysis to understand user interactions, identify growth opportunities, and execute projects to drive engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap with a focus on enhancing user interface and overall experience and take responsibility for execution. Create detailed user stories and requirements, translating business needs into actionable items for the development team.
Projects You Will Lead:
- Launch & Scale a Subscription Model with built-in insurance coverage.
- Develop Loyalty & Referral Programs to enhance retention.
- Test & Optimize Product Pages & Offerings through iterative A/B testing.
- Leverage AI Features such as check-in alerts, baggage allowance guidance, and airline policy simplification to enhance customer experience.
- Enhance Market Positioning with airline comparison pages and pricing intelligence.
- Drive Product-Led Growth through strategic initiatives like real-time flight status tracking.
What You Bring:
- Proven Achievements: Demonstrated success in leading product growth to 1M paid clients or 1M users.
- Proven CRO Experience: You have hands-on experience with A/B testing, growth hacking, and conversion optimization.
- B2C & InsurTech Expertise: Strong background in subscription models, insurance products, or related consumer-focused industries.
- Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in data analytics, attribution modeling, and user behavior analysis with the ability to transfer insights into actionable strategies.
- Product Development Mastery: Experience from concept to launch, with a track record of successful product growth.
- User Experience: Demonstrated experience in improving user interfaces and enhancing user experiences.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to identify opportunities, drive innovation, and deliver measurable business results as well ability to identify problems proactively to develop effective solutions.
- Strong Communication & Leadership: You excel in collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Figma (or other relevant tool): Creating wireframes and prototypes.
Experience in:
- the travel, airline, or consumer protection industries,
- margin optimization, retention strategies, and email marketing programs,
- working in the UK or US markets
would be a big plus!
