Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Project Manager. The Project Manager will oversee projects from initiation to completion, ensuring compliance with timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Key responsibilities include managing project schedules, coordinating with internal teams and subcontractors, inspecting work for adherence to project requirements, and optimizing logistics for efficient workflow. The role may also involve expediting processes and addressing project-related challenges to deliver successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Project Management and ability to oversee multiple projects while maintaining quality standards.
• Proficiency in Logistics Management to streamline project workflows and ensure timely delivery of resources.
• AutoCAD 2D / 3D modelling experience.
• Familiarity with Inspection processes to ensure project compliance with requirements and standards.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to manage remote teams and subcontractors effectively.
• Relevant project management certifications.
• Experience in the construction industry, particularly ventilation systems, is advantageous.

The ideal candidate will be expected to work to tight deadlines, liaise with site engineers on a regular basis, report to the Contracts Manager, provide a prompt response to enquiries, have a confident telephone manner, undertake detailed site surveys and have a good level of IT knowledge.

You must be prepared to travel throughout the UK with possible overnight stays. A current drivers Licence is essential and a company car & mobile telephone would be provided.

The role is full time and is based at our Gateshead Office. Salary is negotiable (depending upon experience) - Salary Range is £38,000.00 to £45,000.00 PA (Basic) + Bonus scheme.
