We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer (L3) to help shape the architecture, scalability, and reliability of our ecommerce platform. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, love solving real-world problems, and want to work with talented engineers across disciplines—this is your kind of role.

About the Role

As a Senior Engineer on our Ecommerce team, you’ll take ownership of core systems that power customer experiences, from browsing to checkout. You’ll architect clean solutions, write production-ready code, mentor junior teammates, and collaborate cross-functionally to ship impactful features.

You’ll be joining a high-impact team with the autonomy to move quickly, backed by strong leadership and clear technical direction.

️ What You’ll Do

• Architect, build, and maintain scalable ecommerce systems
• Write clean, testable, and well-documented code
• Design and implement systems that prioritize performance, security, and reliability
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers to define technical direction
• Debug issues across services, identify root causes, and implement robust fixes
• Mentor junior engineers, lead by example, and contribute to team growth
• Continuously improve systems through monitoring, performance tuning, and refactoring

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience building and shipping software at scale

• Proficiency in Go, JavaScript, or similar modern languages

• Experience with modern web frameworks like React

• Comfort working in cloud environments (we use Google Cloud)

• Strong grasp of computer science fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, systems design)

• Familiarity with agile methodologies and CI/CD best practices

• A security-first mindset and dedication to clean code

• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit

• Bonus If You Have

• Experience in ecommerce or high-transaction systems

• Knowledge of performance monitoring tools and observability practices

• A passion for mentoring and team development

• Ability to simplify complex technical and product challenges
