About The Role
We’re looking for a Front End Software Engineer (Level 2) to join our fully remote engineering team. In this role, you’ll be hands-on with coding and debugging, collaborating closely with our product and engineering teams to build new features and improve existing ones across both web and native apps.
You’ll take ownership of your work from ideation to deployment, and be an active contributor to a high-performing team. We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about clean, maintainable code, and enjoys solving tough technical problems.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced front-end engineer who wants to grow their impact, mentor junior engineers, and contribute meaningfully to a product with real-world reach.
What You’ll Do
- Build & Ship: Write high-quality, scalable code for new features across web and native platforms.
- Maintain & Improve: Refactor and optimize legacy code for better performance and reliability.
- Troubleshoot: Diagnose and resolve bugs and technical issues quickly and efficiently.
- Collaborate: Work closely with fellow engineers and product managers to design, scope, and implement new features.
- Mentor: Support and coach junior engineers through code reviews and knowledge sharing.
- Innovate: Stay current with emerging front-end trends and suggest ways to improve tooling and workflows.

- You're writing clean, well-tested JavaScript/TypeScript code using React and React Native.
- You're proactively identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks and bugs.

Required Skills
What We’re Looking For
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript
- Deep experience with React and React Native (via Expo)
- Comfortable consuming and working with REST APIs
- Familiar with modern testing frameworks such as Jest, Cypress, and Testing Library
- Knowledge of Git and version control best practices
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and testable code
- Awareness of security best practices in software development
- Experience with performance optimization for front-end applications
Bonus Skills
- Familiarity with Next.js and Vercel
- Backend development experience in Go or Node.js
- Scripting experience (Python, Bash, etc.)
- Containerization knowledge with tools like Docker
- Experience collaborating with design teams using Figma
Experience & Education
- 3+ years of hands-on experience as a software engineer
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field (not required)

The Pay Range For This Role Is
110,000 - 120,000 USD per year(US)
