Co-Founder Opportunity: UI/UX Designer for Employee Advocacy SaaS (A.I.P.E.)

A.I.P.E. (Amplify Impact Per Employee) is a new platform focused on empowering organizations to increase their organic reach and visibility on LinkedIn by enabling their employees to act as authentic brand advocates.

We help companies manage, measure, and motivate employee engagement around social content in a clear, easy-to-use, and beautifully designed web app.

The product is live in early prototype form with the initial features set.

We are now looking to bring on a co-founder with strong UI/UX design expertise to help us take the product from MVP to a highly polished, premium user experience.

What You’ll Do

• Own the entire design direction — from UI components to brand identity to interaction design
• Design an intuitive user experience for employees, admins, and managers across multiple views
• Lead the creation of marketing pages, product UX, responsive views, and product design system
• Work closely with the technical co-founder on roadmap planning, UX flows, and feature development
• Shape an elegant, consistent, modern design system aligned with professional B2B expectations
• Ensure thoughtful attention to first impressions, onboarding, responsiveness, and accessibility

Ideal Candidate

• 3–5+ years of experience in UI/UX design for SaaS or product-based startups
• Proficient in tools like Figma, Framer, Webflow, or Tailwind-oriented design workflows
• Experience designing for dashboard platforms, workflow tools, or engagement products
• Able to think critically about UX simplicity, onboarding flow, and visual hierarchy
• Comfortable iterating quickly and collaboratively in an early-stage environment
• Passionate about designing polished, modern, user-centric software
• Strong portfolio that demonstrates taste, attention to detail, and clean execution

Preferred: Based in Singapore or open to a Singapore-registered co-founding arrangement.
