Our overarching mission is to accelerate the mass-market global adoption of consumer biotech products so every human can live at least 100 healthy years.
Our immediate focus is excess bodyweight. We are increasing the global accessibility of GLP-1 medications to accelerate their take-up to help solve obesity worldwide.
To do that, we’re building an AI-powered clinical operating system: ClinicOS. ClinicOS makes it effortless for consumer brands to easily offer direct-to-patient healthcare, globally. We work with external Brand Partners, as well as using this infrastructure to scale our own internal consumer healthcare brands.
Since we launched Fella Health in the US in June 2021, Fella has positioned itself as no-nonsense weight loss for busy bigger guys. Today, we operate multiple brands across the US & UK — our two biggest are Fella Health (US & UK) & Bolt Pharmacy (UK).
Our infrastructure will have served 100 million patients worldwide by 2035. We’ll then use that direct-to-patient infrastructure to serve next-gen biotech products at-scale to increase the proportion of humans living at least 100 healthy years.
In so doing, we’ll become the world’s first trillion dollar healthcare company.
How far along are we?
We’ve grown >1000x since Aug 2021, >200x since Aug 2022, >40x since Aug 2023. We’re serving >20k customers with high NPS. We’re >$50M/yr revenue. We’ve been cashflow positive for >24mo.

Being a Web Designer at Aios:
As Web Designer at Aios, you’ll own how our brands look and perform online. You’ll be part of the WebDev team, working also with CRO, Growth and Product teams to build high-converting, high-quality web experiences across our brands.
You’ll design and ship pages that directly impact conversion. New funnels, landing pages, quizzes, enrollment flows and product updates. This is a hands-on role. You’ll design, implement, and iterate quickly in Webflow (and Shopify), building experiments that go live fast and generate measurable results.
Over time, you’ll become a key contributor across both CRO and Product, balancing design capacity between Growth (CRO, Referrals, Affiliates) and Product (Enrollment, SEO).
You'll report directly to Gab (WebDev Lead), work along Ja (Web Designer), Richie (CEO), Emi (CRO Lead) and the rest of the growth team.
This is a full-time, fully remote role. You’ll work async in the timezone of your choice as long as you’re around until midday PT for calls with Richie and Gab.
You must thrive in intense, high-velocity environments. This will be the most impactful work of your career :)
Key Responsibilities
You'll expand the design capacity of the WebDev team, bringing speed and focus across CRO and Product. This role exists to keep design output high-quality and on pace with growth.
- Core Web Design: Own the look, feel, and performance of our landing pages, funnels, and enrollment flows. Design and ship high-quality, conversion-driven web experiences that directly lift performance.
- CRO Execution: Translate CRO ideas and experiments into live pages. Build A/B tests, implement design variants in Webflow, and ensure each experiment is shipped cleanly and fast.
- Webflow + Shopify Development: Build and maintain production-ready pages in Webflow (Shopify experience is a plus). Move from concept to live test in days, not weeks.
- Design Systems : Maintain and improve our testing components and templates to keep brand consistency and development speed high.
- Cross-Team Collaboration : Work closely with Growth (CRO, Referrals, Affiliates) and Product (Enrollment, SEO) to keep workflows smooth and priorities clear.
- Speed + Iteration : Ship quickly. Learn fast. Use test results and data to improve. Build, measure, refine.
Need to Have
- Experience : 3+ years designing and building high-performing websites and landing pages.
- Webflow : Strong hands-on experience designing and building pages directly in Webflow.
- Design Judgment : Strong visual instincts and an understanding of what converts: clear layouts, hierarchy, and copy flow that move users to act.
- Execution : Can take a page from concept to live test independently. You move fast without losing quality.
- Ownership : You don’t wait for direction, you find what’s missing, fix it, and keep things moving.
- Attention to Detail : High standards for polish, spacing, responsiveness, and load speed. You care deeply about craft.
- Collaboration : Comfortable working across CRO, Product, and Growth teams to align goals and ship work that performs.
Nice to Have
- CRO Knowledge : Experience running or designing for A/B and multivariate tests.
- Analytics : Comfortable reading performance data or using behavior tools to inform iterations.
- Product Flows : Experience working on enrollment, checkout, or other key conversion touchpoints.
- Design Systems : Experience building or maintaining component-based systems for testing and scale.
- SEO + Performance : Understanding of how design impacts SEO and page performance.
