Key Responsibilities
- Own the DevOps program, including CI/CD pipeline governance, release management, and operational standards.
- Develop and enforce processes, protocols, and metrics for infrastructure, deployments, monitoring, and compliance.
- Coordinate across engineering, QA, product, and client success to ensure predictable, high-quality releases.
- Manage vendor relationships, tooling strategy, and the roadmap for infrastructure and DevOps operations.
- Lead regular release readiness reviews, post-mortems, and continuous improvement cycles.
- Track and report on key operational metrics (uptime, release success rates, deployment velocity, incident response times).
- Ensure compliance with SOC 2, GDPR, and financial data governance requirements through operational protocols.
- Mentor and guide DevOps engineers on process discipline, documentation, and program management best practices.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years in DevOps, Release Management, or Program Management, with at least 3+ years in a leadership/operational management role.
