AimHire is partnering with a leading SaaS company to find a Product Marketing Manager. This role is responsible for crafting and executing product marketing strategies that drive customer demand, engagement, and retention. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between product strategy and go-to-market execution, ensuring strong positioning and messaging that resonates with target buyers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Intelligence: Research and understand buyers, their purchasing decisions, and industry trends.
- Competitive Analysis: Stay ahead of competitors and develop strategies to differentiate products.
- Value Proposition Development: Partner with product management to shape product benefits and positioning.
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Collaborate with sales and product teams to define messaging that aligns with customer needs.
- Sales Enablement: Provide training, sales tools, and collateral to support sales teams.
- Customer Experience & Retention: Align marketing strategies with customer success initiatives to improve retention.
- Demand Generation Collaboration: Work with demand gen teams to acquire new customers and engage existing ones.
- Product Launches: Plan and execute product releases in partnership with key stakeholders.
- Content Development: Act as the thought leader for marketing content, ensuring consistency in messaging.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing for a SaaS company (healthcare industry experience preferred).
- Proven track record in executing go-to-market strategies for complex products.
- Strong background in product positioning, competitive analysis, and customer research.
- Expertise in CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and product launch tools.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in customer segmentation and buyer persona development.
- Hands-on experience with product launch tools and analytics platforms.
