We are looking for a talented Brand management head to lead our social media initiative
across different countries (US,CA,UK,AUS,NZ,IND) for all our ecommerce brands (
Bannerbuzz, BestOfSigns, CoversAndAll, TarpsAndAll, NeonEarth, CircleOne) The
candidate will manage our company image in a cohesive way to achieve our marketing
goals and should be able to handle our Brand management and awareness programs ,
ensuring high levels of web traffic and customer engagement.
There will be 4 Key responsibilities :
▪ Business responsibilities : Lead revenue from direct visits as channel driving core
marketing metrics - COS, COA, ROI.
▪ Brand Storytelling and Content strategy development: Drive brand storytelling by leading
content strategy for the brand across different media including social media platforms
which is unique, platform specific, connected.
▪ Operations : Lead the Band management operations – Creative across sites , Social
media, offline , Packaging and all customer contact, brand track.
▪ Strategy : Position Destinations sites , define Brand key, develop brand guidelines and
execute brand pillars across touchpoints. As a Brand head, candidate should bring to the
team latest brand management practices and trends, should have excellent
communication skills and should be able to express our company’s views creatively.
Responsibilities -
▪ Analyse brand positioning and consumer insights
▪ Perform consumer research on brand and audience preferences
▪ Shape and communicate our vision and mission
▪ Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies
▪ Manage a team of marketing people working on brand initiatives
▪ Lead creative development to motivate the target audience to “take action”
▪ Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications
and sales estimates
▪ Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs
▪ Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities
▪ Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities
▪ Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions
▪ Devise innovative growth strategies
▪ Align the company around the brand’s direction, choices and tactics
▪ Develop Brand campaigns and social media campaigns
▪ Define KPIs and KRAs for social media campaigns
▪ Establish relationships with social media influencers to develop a strong network
Experience requirement:
▪ Proven work experience in Brand marketing. Led a team of brand managers.
▪ Hands on experience in content strategy management and creation.
▪ Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video), with content creators, agencies
▪ In-depth knowledge of all Social media platforms . Drive innovation in social media.
▪ Have demonstrated leadership in managing Creative agencies and creative resources
▪ High end knowledge of Brand positioning and brand launch
▪ Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind. Reasonable knowledge in
analytics (GA, Adobe)
▪ Data-driven thinking and an affinity for numbers
▪ Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix
▪ Knowledge of all online marketing channels (SEM,SEO,CRM etc)
▪ Excellent communication skills and collaborator
▪ High Business ownership
▪ Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices
Education Qualification :
Post Graduate in Marketing .
Experience in ecommerce is preferred
