Demand Generation and Marketing Manager

Compensation: $100,000 ‒ $120,000 Annually

AimHire is partnering with a leading SaaS company to find a Demand Generation and Marketing Manager. This role is responsible for planning and executing multi-channel lead generation and marketing programs to drive customer acquisition and growth. Working closely with sales and product marketing, this position focuses on lead funnel management, content creation, outbound campaigns, and performance tracking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage the lead funnel, including lead flows, scoring, and monthly metrics.
- Develop and execute a segmented, persona-based demand generation strategy.
- Implement a multi-channel marketing plan, including content marketing, email campaigns, nurture campaigns, digital advertising, trade shows, and webinars.
- Partner with Product Marketing to develop compelling content and brand messaging.
- Drive excitement around product launches through strategic marketing efforts.
- Track, report, and communicate marketing campaign performance to key stakeholders.
- Maintain the marketing calendar and provide regular program updates.
- Manage the demand generation budget and optimize marketing spending.
- Collaborative, with experience working closely with sales and product teams.
- Strong writer, capable of crafting high-energy marketing copies and managing content creators.
- Familiar with basic design concepts to guide contractors on creative execution.
- Excellent project management skills, able to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Engaging presenter, able to communicate marketing impact to leadership and teams.
- Problem-solver with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of experience in B2B demand generation and content marketing, preferably in a SaaS or technology company.
- Experience building and executing lead generation programs with clear reporting metrics.
- Proficiency in HubSpot or similar tools (Eloqua, Pardot, Salesforce).
- Experience with social media marketing (LinkedIn preferred).
- Familiarity with webinar/meeting platforms (Zoom, Teams, GoToWebinar, etc.).
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience in healthcare marketing is a plus but not required.
