Primary Skills:

Data Science & Machine Learning (ML):

• Proficiency in Python with experience in ML libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, numpy, pandas).
• Familiarity with deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Adherence to best data science practices, including reproducible research, rigorous documentation, code versioning, and robust testing protocols.
• Knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP) is highly valued, and familiarity with Generative AI tools (e.g., Langchain, LlamaIndex, vectorstores, embeddings) is a plus.
• Experience working and optimizing large datasets for ML modeling.
• Experience in synthetic data analysis and generation, leveraging synthetic data to augment datasets and validate models.
• Exposure to model interpretability techniques (e.g., SHAP, LIME) is a plus.
• Proficiency with Git for collaborative development and version control.

AI Integration and Deployment:

• Understanding of the AI pipeline, from data processing to model deployment.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for ML models is advantageous but not required.
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker) is a plus but not required.

Bonus Qualifications:

• Experience with omics data analysis and working with large datasets, including clinical and multi-omics data, while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and maintaining data integrity.
• Experience in workflow automation tools (e.g., Nextflow).
• Startup experience is a plus, demonstrating adaptability and rapid problem-solving.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s, Master’s or PhD degree in AI, ML, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of relevant industry or academic experience.
• Professional proficiency in English.
