🚀 We’re Hiring: Software Engineer / Senior Software Engineer – Python (Remote)

At AIGP, we are harnessing AI to transform Singapore's primary care. Our AI-driven healthcare solutions streamline clinician workflows, improve patient outcomes, and drive efficiency across the healthcare ecosystem. We are seeking a seasoned backend engineer to design, build, and operate the core microservices powering our AI healthcare platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leverage modern AI tools(Claude Code, Codex) to accelerate development, testing, and code review
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs using Django REST Framework and FastAPI
• Design, deploy, and manage microservices on AWS (ECS/EKS, Lambda, RDS, S3)
• Automate CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, AWS CodePipeline)
• Containerize services with Docker and manage infrastructure as code (Terraform/CloudFormation)
• Write clean, tested, and maintainable code (pytest, unit & integration tests)
• Monitor and optimize system performance (CloudWatch, X-Ray, Grafana)
• Collaborate effectively with product, AI, and QA teams

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Python backend development and microservices
• Strong hands-on expertise with Django REST Framework, FastAPI
• Production experience with React and Next.js (SSR/SSG/ISR) and TypeScript
• Strong UI engineering fundamentals (accessibility, responsive design, performance)
• Solid experience with AWS services: Lambda, ECS/EKS, API Gateway, RDS/DynamoDB, S3
• Proficiency with microservices, Docker, and Kubernetes
• Strong commitment to clean code, testing, and automation
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and ownership skills
