Job Summary

As an Onsite Tech Lead specializing in LMS/Automation, you will be responsible for leading the technical aspects of projects and overseeing their planning, execution, and delivery. You will ensure the successful implementation of advanced AI solutions that streamline and automate the Learning Management System. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and clients to develop scalable and efficient architectures and ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of machine learning models and algorithms for LMS.
• Oversee the implementation and optimization of deep learning and neural network architectures.
• Utilize Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) for automating LMS Processes.
• Apply Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques to enhance LMS solutions.
• Architect and deploy solutions on AWS Cloud using services like Sagemaker, S3, Lambda, and Cloudwatch.
• Develop and maintain serverless architectures for LMS.
• Work with Knowledge Graphs and SPARQL, specifically using AWS Neptune, to manage Learning content/data.
• Design and manage relational databases using RDS and PostgreSQL.
• Write efficient and maintainable code in Python.
• Utilize GitHub for version control and collaboration.
• Develop and maintain scripts for automation and data processing.
• Ensure the security and scalability of LMS.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of LMS projects.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders.

Required Skills And Qualifications

• Proven experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Neural Networks.
• Expertise in Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Strong knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP).
• Proficiency in AWS Cloud services, including Sagemaker, S3, Lambda, and Cloudwatch.
• Experience with serverless architecture and AWS Neptune for Knowledge Graphs and SPARQL.
• Strong understanding of relational databases, specifically RDS and PostgreSQL.
• Proficiency in Python programming and scripting.
• Experience with GitHub for version control.
• Strong Linux skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Proven leadership and mentorship abilities.
• Proven experience in project management, specifically in AI and machine learning projects.
