What You Should Have

At least 2 years of experience in the marketing design for social and advertising networks
A high-quality portfolio with promotional materials for mobile applications and games
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, Figma (Sketch, Adobe XD, Adobe After Effects, and Cinema 4d will be a plus)
Hands-on experience with Midjourney and other AI-based image generation tools
Understanding of the specifics of online advertising materials
Understanding and practical application of key artistic principles in design (color theory, composition)
Good taste & sense of beauty, curiosity & knowledge of trends in consumer mobile app industry and online advertising
Knowledge of Russian - fluent enough for confident daily communication (both speaking and writing skills)
Ability to estimate and meet deadlines
