RankGarage is looking for a driven Digital Marketing Executive to support our growth across organic, paid, and social channels. This role is ideal for someone who understands modern digital marketing, enjoys working in a fast-moving startup environment, and wants to contribute to brand visibility, lead generation, and campaign performance.
You will work closely with the marketing and growth teams to execute campaigns, manage content distribution, support performance tracking, and help strengthen our online presence across multiple channels.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Support organic growth initiatives through SEO, content promotion, and social media distribution.
- Create and schedule engaging content for LinkedIn, email, website, and other digital channels.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports on traffic, engagement, leads, and conversions.
- Conduct basic keyword, competitor, and audience research to support marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Help manage paid campaigns, including ad setup, audience targeting, monitoring, and performance tracking.
- Assist in maintaining marketing calendars, campaign documentation, and reporting dashboards.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, platform changes, and best practices.
- Support lead generation efforts and help improve conversion performance across campaigns.
Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, social media, email, and paid media.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and social media scheduling platforms.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working in a startup, agency, or fast-growing business.
- Basic knowledge of content marketing and search engine optimization.
- Familiarity with AI-driven marketing tools and automation platforms.
- Understanding of LinkedIn marketing and B2B lead generation.
