Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute a full-funnel marketing strategy targeting universities, corporate L&D teams, training companies, and government agencies.
Build ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) and persona-driven campaigns for decision-makers (CLOs, Deans, Certification Managers, HR Directors).
Craft positioning & messaging that clearly communicates Certs365’s value: fraud-proof credentials, compliance tracking, and seamless issuance.
2. Demand Generation
Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns (LinkedIn, email, webinars, content marketing, industry events).
Build account-based marketing (ABM) strategies for high-value prospects.
Partner with the sales team to align leads, nurture flows, and conversion goals.
3. Content & Brand Development
Oversee content creation: case studies, white papers, product videos, explainer decks, and thought-leadership articles.
Manage website & landing page optimization for lead conversion.
Drive social media engagement targeting B2B buyers, especially on LinkedIn.
4. Partnerships & Events
Collaborate with EdTech partners, LMS vendors, and accreditation bodies to co-market solutions.
Plan and execute webinars, live demos, and conference participation to build awareness.
5. Data-Driven Optimization
Track and report campaign performance metrics (MQLs, SQLs, pipeline contribution, CAC).
Continuously test and optimize messaging, creatives, and channels.

Qualifications
5+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in EdTech, SaaS, or enterprise software.
Proven experience marketing to universities, training providers, or government agencies.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, email automation).
Excellent storytelling and copywriting skills for complex technology solutions.
Experience with ABM tools, CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce), and marketing automation.
Understanding of blockchain, credentialing, or compliance-based industries is a plus.
