About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Content Marketing Lead to help drive and contribute to our global content strategy. The ideal candidate will have a unique combination of strong English language expertise and technical acumen, enabling them to create compelling, high-quality content that resonates with both technical and non-technical audiences. This role requires a forward-thinking professional with hands-on experience using AI-powered tools to scale and optimize content creation.
Key Responsibilities
- Help develop and lead the global content marketing strategy to build brand awareness, engage target audiences, and generate demand.
- Create, edit, and optimize a wide range of content including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, email campaigns, landing pages, and social media assets.
- Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Copy.ai, Grammarly, Surfer SEO, etc.) to accelerate content production while ensuring originality, creativity, and high quality.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging narratives for diverse audiences.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and sales teams to align content with business goals.
- Influence SEO strategy: perform keyword research, optimize content for search engines, and track content performance.
- Manage editorial calendars, enforce brand tone/voice, and ensure consistency across all channels.
- Measure and report on content performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in English, Communications, Journalism, or related field, AND a technical degree (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Data Science).
- 5+ years of experience in content marketing, copywriting, or digital marketing.
- Proven track record of producing high-quality content for global audiences.
- Demonstrated expertise in using AI tools to ideate, draft, edit, and optimize content.
- Strong understanding of SEO, digital marketing channels, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.).
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills in English.
- Ability to distill complex technical topics into accessible, engaging content.
- Experience managing contributors (in-house or freelance) and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in B2B SaaS or PaaS technology, or digital transformation industries.
- Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce).
- Strong project management skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
