About the Role

We’re seeking a talented hybrid Front-End Developer & UI/UX Designer to enhance the front end of a nearly completed, AI-powered CRM platform. The system is already functional—now it needs your design and UX polish to be truly world-class.

Project Overview

• Product: Custom CRM with WhatsApp-based AI chatbot, lead management, reports, and more.
• Tech Stack: Node.js, Python, Vue.js.
• Stage: 99% complete, focused on finalizing visual design and user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Audit the current front-end and identify UI/UX improvement opportunities.
• Design clean, intuitive, and responsive web interfaces.
• Translate design work into production-ready Vue.js code.
• Ensure cross-device and screen-size compatibility.
• Collaborate with the backend team and join brief daily check-ins.

Technical Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in front-end development with Vue.js.
• 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in CRM, SaaS, or dashboard apps.
• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design principles.
• Experience with design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Skilled in building and applying reusable UI components.
• Strong eye for layout, color, typography, and design consistency.
• Experience working on apps involving AI or chatbot integration is a plus.

Soft Skills

• Detail-oriented, self-driven, and capable of delivering quick turnarounds.
• Strong communication skills and proactive team collaboration.
• Fluent in English.
