Role Overview
Our client is hiring two Data Scientists to support high-impact AI initiatives across its digital ecosystem. Depending on experience and fit, candidates will align to one of two teams:
- eCommerce Analytics AI Team – focused on experimentation, measurement, and AI-driven insights to optimize digital customer experiences
- AI Rapid Delivery Team – focused on building, deploying, and scaling production-ready AI solutions that drive immediate business impact
This role sits at the intersection of AI, analytics, and product. You will either drive deep
experimentation and insights or rapidly deliver scalable AI solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, test, and optimize machine learning models across use cases such as:
- Personalization and recommendation systems
- Customer behavior analysis
- Forecasting and optimization
- AI-driven decisioning systems
- Design and analyze experiments (A/B testing, multivariate testing, bandits) to improve product performance
- Partner with product, engineering, and business teams to translate problems into AI-driven solutions
- Develop datasets, feature pipelines, and analytics frameworks using large-scale behavioral and transactional data
- Deploy, monitor, and improve models in production
- Generate actionable insights to support product, marketing, and operational decisions
- Define and track key metrics (conversion, engagement, retention, revenue impact)
- Ensure models are explainable, reliable, and aligned with underlying data
- Contribute to fast-paced delivery cycles with rapid iteration from concept to production
Required Qualifications
- 3–7+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or Analytics
- Strong Python skills (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, etc.)
- Strong SQL skills with experience working on large, complex datasets
- Experience building and/or deploying machine learning models
- Solid foundation in statistics, experimentation, and/or causal inference
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing or similar frameworks
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with recommendation systems, segmentation, or personalization models
- Exposure to LLMs, RAG pipelines, or AI-driven applications
- Experience with clickstream or digital product analytics
- Familiarity with real-time or near real-time data systems
- Experience with cloud data platforms (Databricks, Synapse, or similar)
- Exposure to BI tools (Power BI, Adobe Analytics) and KPI frameworks
