Data Scientist (AI/ML)

Agility Partners is seeking a Data Scientist to join our clients growing AI organization. This role will support high-impact initiatives focused on personalization, customer insights, experimentation, forecasting, and AI-driven decision making across digital products and enterprise platforms.

You'll partner with product, engineering, and business teams to build machine learning models, analyze large datasets, design experiments, and deliver insights that drive measurable business outcomes. The environment is collaborative, fast-paced, and focused on turning data into action.

Responsibilities

• Build, deploy, and optimize machine learning models
• Design and analyze A/B tests and experimentation frameworks
• Develop datasets, analytics frameworks, and feature pipelines
• Work with large-scale behavioral and transactional data
• Partner with cross-functional teams to solve business problems
• Monitor model performance and drive continuous improvements
• Translate complex findings into actionable business insights
• Define and track success metrics across digital products and experiences

Requirements

• 3-7+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or Analytics
• Strong Python experience (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, etc.)
• Advanced SQL skills and experience working with large datasets
• Experience building and deploying machine learning models
• Strong statistical foundation and experimentation experience
• Experience with A/B testing, causal inference, or similar frameworks
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and business audiences
• Experience working in Agile, fast-paced environments

• LLMs, RAG, or AI-powered applications
• Clickstream or digital product analytics
• Databricks, real-time systems, or cloud data platforms
• Power BI or similar analytics tools
