About The Role

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic product team. This role is pivotal in crafting intuitive, user-centric, and visually compelling experiences across EnKash’s platform. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders, to translate complex business requirements and user needs into impactful design solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in designing dashboards, workflows, and engaging user interfaces that enhance overall user satisfaction and drive product adoption.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess over 3 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably within fintech, SaaS, or B2B platforms. A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, including dashboards and user-centric solutions, is essential. Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or Illustrator is required. A solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and responsive design practices is crucial for success. Additionally, experience in prototyping and validating designs through user testing will be highly valued. Familiarity with front-end development concepts like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, as well as experience working within Agile environments, will be considered advantageous.

Responsibilities

• User-Centric Design: Translate user needs and business requirements into intuitive and engaging interface designs that enhance user experience and satisfaction.
• Research & Usability Testing: Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather insights to continuously refine and improve the product experience.
• End-to-End Design Ownership: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs covering various product journeys, ensuring consistency and usability.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders to bring design concepts to life, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Design Consistency: Maintain and evolve EnKash’s design language, ensuring a cohesive visual identity across all digital touchpoints.
• Continuous Improvement: Iterate on designs based on user feedback, analytics, and evolving product needs to deliver optimal user experiences.
