About The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager Global (m/w/d) to join our dedicated team on a full-time basis. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing initiatives that enhance norelem's brand visibility and foster long-term customer engagement worldwide. Your primary focus will be on creating impactful communication strategies, managing international marketing campaigns, and coordinating promotional activities across multiple channels. You will lead a talented marketing team, collaborate with external agencies, and ensure that all marketing efforts align with the company's global objectives. This role offers an exciting opportunity to influence the company's growth trajectory and strengthen its market position through innovative marketing solutions and effective team leadership.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a relevant university degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification. You should have several years of professional experience in marketing or communications, preferably with an international focus. Strong editorial and communication skills are essential, along with proven leadership capabilities and organizational talent. A self-driven, structured, and reliable working style is vital to succeed in this role. Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken, is required; additional languages are advantageous. Proficiency in MS Office applications is a must, and familiarity with Adobe InDesign is desirable. Candidates should demonstrate a strategic mindset, adaptability, and a passion for driving brand success on a global scale.

Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include developing and implementing a positive and sustainable communication policy aimed at building long-term customer relationships. You will participate in planning and executing national and international marketing campaigns for norelem and the norelem Academy. Managing media planning processes, including success measurement and reporting, will be a core aspect of your role. Additionally, you will oversee press and public relations activities both domestically and abroad, ensuring consistent messaging and brand representation. Coordination with external service providers and agencies will be essential to deliver high-impact marketing initiatives. You will plan and execute marketing campaigns, sponsorships, and participate in national and international trade shows and exhibitions to promote norelem’s brand and products. Budget planning and monitoring will be part of your responsibilities, ensuring optimal allocation of resources. Leading and managing the marketing team, fostering a collaborative environment, and promoting continuous professional development are also key elements of your role.
