About The Role

The Field Marketing Manager II at Aramark plays a pivotal role in supporting client relationships through product innovation, merchandising, and promotional activities. This position acts as a vital link between the marketing team and client account locations, ensuring that client and consumer needs are effectively addressed while maintaining adherence to Aramark's high standards. The role involves strategic planning, market research, and execution of marketing initiatives designed to boost sales, enhance customer satisfaction, and foster long-term client partnerships. The successful candidate will demonstrate a proactive approach to identifying growth opportunities, developing creative marketing strategies, and managing multiple campaigns across various channels. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence brand presence and contribute to the company's growth objectives through innovative marketing solutions and effective stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in product, marketing, and/or merchandising within the hospitality or food and beverage industry.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience managing 2-3 direct reports.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Track record of successfully increasing sales and measuring return on investment from marketing initiatives.
  • Strong proactive and strategic thinking skills with the ability to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and public speaking skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and Microsoft Office Suite to support marketing activities and reporting.
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle for travel to client sites.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive marketing research including focus groups, surveys, campus mapping, trend analysis, and competitive pricing assessments to inform strategic decisions.
  • Develop and implement innovative marketing plans and tactics aimed at promoting existing and new locations, increasing sales, and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Support sales efforts by creating and executing annual campaigns, delivering presentations to various target groups, and assisting with RFP responses, client business reviews, and sales proposals.
  • Coordinate and manage special events, promotional activities, and marketing collateral, ensuring alignment with brand standards and client expectations.
  • Engage with media outlets, manage public relations activities, and oversee website updates and social media marketing efforts to enhance brand visibility.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, department heads, community groups, and other stakeholders to foster collaboration and loyalty.
