About The Role

As a Developer at Senacor Technologies AG, you will play a vital role in designing, developing, and implementing complex, business-critical software solutions for a diverse range of clients. You will work within interdisciplinary teams, taking on responsibilities from initial concept and architecture design to testing, automation, and deployment. Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess a genuine passion for software development and have demonstrated your skills through academic projects or professional experience. Strong knowledge of (agile) software development methodologies, particularly in Java, JEE, or JavaScript, is essential. Experience with automated testing, Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD), and modern development tools is highly valued. Familiarity with various software architectures, especially distributed systems such as microservices and self-contained systems, along with container technologies like Docker and Kubernetes, is important. Excellent communication skills in German and a collaborative attitude are necessary to thrive in our team-oriented environment. A proactive approach to driving change and continuous learning are key attributes for success in this position.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with your team to design, develop, test, integrate, and document complex, high-performance software solutions tailored to client needs.
• Contribute to creating solutions that enhance our clients' agility, speed, and efficiency through full-stack development utilizing a broad technology stack, including Java, JavaScript, Kotlin, Node.js, Swift, Kubernetes, Docker, and Flutter. The choice of technology depends on the specific project requirements.
• Participate actively in innovation initiatives such as Innovation Labs, Techie Lunches, and Cope Camps to stay at the forefront of technological advancements and continuously improve your skills.
• Engage in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from initial concept and architecture design to implementation, testing, deployment, and documentation.
• Work closely with clients and internal teams to understand requirements, propose technical solutions, and ensure successful project delivery.
• Maintain high standards for code quality, automated testing, and deployment automation to ensure reliable and scalable solutions.
• Contribute to a collaborative team environment by sharing knowledge, mentoring junior colleagues, and actively participating in team discussions and reviews.
