About The Role

We are seeking a talented Full-Stack Developer to join our innovative development team at ATR Software GmbH. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and optimizing complex IT architectures tailored to our clients' needs. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams, advising clients on technological solutions, and contributing to the development of our next-generation products. You will work within an agile environment, actively participating in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring that our software solutions are robust, scalable, and aligned with industry standards. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a university degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Applied Informatics, Media Informatics, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification. You should have solid experience in software development lifecycle management, agile methodologies, and documentation. Proficiency in web development technologies such as Angular, TypeScript, and JavaScript is essential, along with a good eye for design using tools like Figma and Claude Design. Experience with object-oriented programming languages including Java, C#, or C++ is required, along with backend development expertise in Java frameworks like Quarkus, REST, and GraphQL. Familiarity with database systems such as PostgreSQL, InfluxDB, or TimescaleDB is important. Knowledge of Nx Build System, Domain-Driven Design, and Claude Code/Design will be advantageous. Strong analytical skills, self-motivation, and fluency in both German and English are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement innovative and complex IT architectures based on customer requirements.
• Provide expert consultancy to clients regarding potential solutions to meet their specific software needs.
• Take responsibility for the software architecture, design, and ongoing optimization efforts.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our agile development processes.
• Assist in the technical execution of projects within the fields of Industry 4.0, Cloud, and IoT.
• Explore and integrate new technologies and tools to enhance product offerings and development efficiency.
• Monitor emerging trends and advancements in technology to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.
• Collaborate closely with UX designers to ensure seamless integration of frontend and backend components.
• Participate actively in team meetings, code reviews, and knowledge-sharing sessions to foster a collaborative environment.
