About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analytics professional to join our team, focusing on reporting and insights for a B2B AdTech client. In this role, you will be instrumental in translating complex data into actionable insights that support customer success, product development, and engineering teams. Your expertise will help shape data-driven strategies and facilitate informed decision-making across multiple stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in measurement, attribution, and analytics system design, with the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment. This position offers the opportunity to engage with innovative projects, develop scalable analytics solutions, and contribute significantly to our client’s growth and success.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess over nine years of experience in analytics or data science, with a proven track record in measurement and attribution within the AdTech industry. A bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as Statistics, Economics, Engineering, or Computer Science is required. Proficiency in SQL and Python is essential, along with strong skills in Excel for data analysis. Experience in creating and presenting dashboards using tools like Metabase, Tableau, or Looker is highly desirable. Candidates should demonstrate solid data modeling fundamentals and the ability to communicate complex concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences. Familiarity with TV measurement and other vertical-specific analytics is a plus. Excellent client-facing communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously are critical for success in this role.

Responsibilities

As a key member of our analytics team, your responsibilities will include building dashboards, reports, and visualizations that enable clients to understand their data and make informed, data-driven decisions. You will define key performance indicators (KPIs) and learning plans aligned with customer marketing objectives and measurement initiatives. Designing scalable analytics systems and tooling to support diverse use cases across various verticals will be a core part of your role. You will work directly with customer data to surface actionable insights, identify optimization opportunities, and develop observational analytics approaches, including multi-dimensional data exploration and experimental methods.

You will gather requirements from stakeholders, communicate findings effectively, and maintain strong client relationships through regular updates and presentations. Your ability to translate complex analyses into clear, compelling insights will be vital when presenting to both business and technical audiences. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to inform new measurement offerings and contribute to product enhancements that improve overall analytics capabilities.
