About The Role

As a UI/UX Designer, you will craft intuitive, user-centered digital experiences that balance aesthetics with functionality across web and mobile platforms. Working closely with product and engineering teams, you’ll translate business needs into impactful designs, leveraging design systems and AI-assisted tools to accelerate discovery and iteration. This role offers the opportunity to shape engaging user journeys, drive continuous improvement, and deliver high-quality experiences that solve real user problems.

What You Will Do

• Design user interfaces and user experiences for web and mobile platforms using traditional and AI-assisted workflows;
• Translate business requirements into wireframes, mockups, and prototypes;
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders;
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate and iterate designs;
• Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency;
• Ensure designs meet accessibility and responsiveness standards;
• Contribute to feedback, experimentation, and continuous improvement culture;
• Use AI-assisted prototyping, testing, and analysis to refine user experiences.

MUST HAVES

• 4+ years of experience in UI/UX design;
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and design thinking methodology;
• Ability to analyze customer and business problems to identify pain points;
• Proficiency with Figma and other design tools such as Figma Make, Replit, Sketch, or Adobe XD;
• Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs;
• Experience working within an existing design system;
• Ability to translate product requirements into design solutions;
• Strong communication and presentation skills;
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage priorities and deadlines;
• Collaborative mindset with openness to feedback;
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and responsive design;
• Upper-intermediate English level.

NICE TO HAVES

• Knowledge of higher education workflows, student systems, or academic platforms;
• Experience with AI-assisted design tools;
• Experience in EdTech, SaaS, or platform products;
• Experience with prototyping beyond Figma;
• Exposure to user analytics or usability testing tools.
