Position: Visual AI Designer – Luxury Fashion

Location: Remote (Seattle or New York-based preferred)

Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week)

About the Role

Agency MJ is seeking a boundary-pushing Visual AI Designer to join our forward-thinking Fashion team. This is a unique opportunity to merge cutting-edge AI tools with high-end fashion storytelling. You’ll help define the visual language of luxury in a new, digital-first era—shaping assets across editorial, e-commerce, and immersive experiences.

What You’ll Do

• Curate and develop AI-generated visuals aligned with luxury fashion aesthetics
• Craft, refine, and optimize prompts for text-to-image models (e.g. Midjourney, DALL·E, Runway ML)
• Translate creative direction into compelling visual narratives using AI-assisted workflows
• Collaborate with merchandising, marketing, and tech teams to ensure a cohesive brand presence
• Build and iterate on moodboards, comps, and high-fidelity assets using Photoshop and Figma
• Contribute to the development of bespoke visual styles, training custom models when needed
• Push creative boundaries while upholding ethical standards in AI-generated content

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in visual, fashion, or digital design
• Strong portfolio showcasing luxury fashion work—either digital, editorial, or conceptual
• Expertise in image comping, high-end retouching, and visual storytelling
• Mastery of Photoshop and advanced knowledge of Figma
• Deep curiosity and hands-on experience with AI design tools
• Impeccable taste and understanding of luxury branding and trends

Bonus Points For

• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and asset specs
• Experience with Runway ML, Midjourney, or other AI-gen tools
• Interest or background in fashion tech, digital couture, or 3D/AR experiences
• Understanding of copyright, originality, and ethical use of generative AI
