We’re hiring a Consumer Marketing Lead to grow the direct-to-consumer arm of Agata Global Tech — a platform helping consumers make informed financial decisions and connecting them with licensed professionals when ready.
This is a high-impact role focused on scaling qualified lead generation while building a trusted, education-driven digital journey for consumers. The role also serves as a key bridge between the consumer experience and the agent experience — ensuring both sides are aligned through the platform.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the B2C growth strategy across paid search, SEO, social, display, and other digital channels
- Conduct customer research using both ethnographic interviews and quantitative analysis to inform messaging, content, and journey design
- Design and manage the end-to-end digital customer journey — from education, through lead submission, all the way to annuity purchase (in coordination with agents)
- Build alignment between the consumer journey and the agent workflow on the platform
- Develop and manage content strategy — educational articles, landing pages, and conversion-optimized assets
- Track and optimize funnel performance (CTR, CVR, CPL, CAC, lead quality)
- Implement lead scoring models to assess and improve lead quality for agents
- Test and iterate on messaging, targeting, and funnel structure through A/B testing
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Compliance to align journeys and ensure consistency
Qualification:
- 5–8 years in B2C marketing, preferably in fintech, insurtech, or other regulated, high-consideration products
- Proven track record in designing and optimizing education-first digital funnels with measurable sales outcomes
- Strong command of performance marketing, conversion rate optimization, and marketing analytics
- Experience planning and executing qualitative (e.g. interviews) and quantitative research to uncover consumer needs and decision drivers
- Experience developing content strategies that build trust and drive consumer action
- Familiarity with agent or advisor sales workflows and ability to bridge front-end and back-end journeys
- Data-driven mindset; hands-on with tools like Google Ads, Meta, Posthog, Google Analytics, CRMs, etc.
- Self-starter, highly collaborative, thrives in fast-moving, early-stage environments
Location: Remote / Aligned with U.S. Pacific time zone preferred
