Role Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Manager with 5+ years of experience to lead and execute our company’s marketing initiatives. This person will be responsible for managing all aspects of marketing, including product listings, campaign development, branding, content creation, social media, and promotional strategy across platforms such as ASI, Sage, our websites, and digital channels.
This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who has grown from the ground up — someone who has learned every layer of marketing from the bottom up, and is now ready to lead, mentor, and build a team. You’ll be working in a fast-paced environment and should be passionate about driving growth and brand awareness through innovative marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan and build a high-performing marketing team.
- Manage the product manager to oversee and maintain product listings across ASI, Sage, company websites, and marketing catalogs.
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including triggered promotions, seasonal outreach, and ESP campaigns.
- Collaborate with designers to create compelling digital and print content for campaigns, product promotions, and sales support materials.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing materials, platforms, and customer touchpoints.
- Oversee the company’s social media presence (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) with a focus on engagement and audience growth.
- Monitor marketing campaign performance, website analytics, and lead generation tools to drive continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with the IT team to maintain and update the company website, including SEO improvements, new product pages, and landing pages.
- Create and update marketing collateral such as brochures, sell sheets, flyers, catalogs, and presentations.
- Stay current with marketing industry trends, competitor activity, and innovative promotional strategies.
- Develop and implement a cold-calling strategy and manage a cold-calling center to support lead generation.
- Execute location-based marketing efforts, including visibility and lead generation through Google Maps.
- Collaborate with large customers to create co-branded promotions and strategic marketing partnerships.
- Manage advertising budgets, track performance, generate reports, and optimize return on investment (ROI).
- Research and explore alternative advertising channels to diversify outreach and customer acquisition strategies.
- Design and manage customer retention and loyalty programs, including an attractive distributor incentive program.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in marketing or product management (experience in promotional products or manufacturing is a plus).
- Proficiency with email marketing platforms, CRM systems, and a wide range of digital marketing tools.
- Strong writing, editing, and design skills (experience with Adobe Creative Suite or Canva preferred).
- Familiarity with ASI and Sage platforms is highly desirable.
- Excellent project and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency with business software such as Excel, Outlook, and Dropbox.
- Willingness to research and implement new marketing software and automation tools.
- English language proficiency required, both written and verbal.
