Position Overview:
The Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager will lead and execute our comprehensive digital marketing strategy across platforms. This role demands creativity, a results-driven mindset, and the ability to craft compelling narratives that resonate with real estate investors, tenants, buyers, and the broader community. The successful candidate will drive brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and elevate our online presence through content, automation, and digital engagement.
Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Strategy & Execution
- Develop, implement, and manage a multi-channel social media strategy that aligns with company goals and marketing campaigns.
- Plan and publish engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Maintain an editorial calendar to ensure consistent and timely publishing.
- Build community engagement through active response management, direct messages, comments, and story interaction.
- Set up and manage automation tools for scheduling, nurturing, and retargeting campaigns.
2. Paid Advertising & Lead Generation
- Plan and execute paid campaigns using Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, etc.
- Design, test, and optimize lead generation funnels integrated with CRM tools (Go High Level or similar).
- Track and improve ad performance using key metrics such as CPC, CTR, CPL, ROAS, etc.
- Collaborate with the sales and operations team to align lead generation with business capacity and goals.
3. Content Creation & Brand Storytelling
- Create high-quality content, including graphics, videos, reels, carousels, stories, blog posts, and more.
- Partner with photographers, videographers, and field teams to capture real-time content from job sites, listings, and team events.
- Produce SEO-optimized content for website, including blogs, service pages, community profiles, and agent bios.
- Ensure brand tone, messaging, and aesthetics are consistently applied across all content formats.
4. Digital Presence & Website Optimization
- Work closely with the web development team to maintain and enhance the website’s performance, structure, and SEO.
- Monitor and improve Google Analytics, search engine visibility, and on-page performance metrics.
- Assist with landing page creation for lead capture campaigns, listings, and promotions.
5. Analytics & Reporting
- Track KPIs across platforms: engagement rates, follower growth, website traffic, lead volume, and conversion metrics.
- Deliver monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Stay up to date on trends in digital marketing, algorithm changes, and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field preferred.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in social media and digital marketing (experience in real estate, construction, or property management is a plus)
- Strong command of platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and related ad managers.
- Skilled in tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, and CRM software like Go High Level.
- Excellent copywriting, visual storytelling, and creative direction skills
- Strong organizational and project management abilities; capable of working independently and managing multiple priorities
- Familiarity with SEO, PPC, and lead generation best practices.
