The Opportunity: Senior Software Engineer

AffinityClick is looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer to contribute to the evolution of our server-side platform. Working primarily with Go, you’ll design and implement new features, maintain our production environment, and help guide the team toward engineering excellence.

What You Bring

Technical Expertise:

• 7+ years of back-end development experience with Go, JavaScript, JSON, REST, and MongoDB.
• Hands-on experience with Git for version control.
• Proven ability to design robust software architectures.
• Production server management experience in high-availability environments.
• Familiarity with design patterns and clean code principles.

Team Contributions:

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
• A track record of mentoring junior developers and fostering team growth.

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Familiarity with Jira for project tracking.
• Experience with GRPC, Kubernetes, or Docker.
• Expertise in microservices architecture.
• Exposure to mobile application development.
• Web development knowledge.
