What you’ll do
- Own TikTok organic: publish 5–7/wk across four pillars (Doctor Breakdown, Price Reality Checks, Patient Journey, Clinic Spotlights) and repurpose to Reels/Shorts.
- Creator/UGC program: recruit 10–20 micro-creators; manage briefs, usage rights, and whitelisting; maintain a searchable asset library.
- Ad-creative lab: deliver weekly concepts (hooks × angles × CTAs), produce 3+ testable cuts/week; feed winners to paid.
- Webinars (1×/mo): landing page, promo calendar, run-of-show, post-event cutdowns + lead handoff to Sales.
- Sales enablement: keep the doctor deck, one-pagers, and battlecards fresh; turn FAQs/objections into content.
- Ops & analytics: UTMs, naming conventions, Notion/Asana board, PostHog/TikTok analytics; fast comment/DM triage.
You have
- 2–5+ years in social/creator or UGC production; short-form video native (CapCut/Descript).
- Demonstrated growth on TikTok or IG Reels (share handles/examples).
- Strong copy and on-camera or voiceover comfort; obsessive about hooks, pacing, retention.
- Bonus: beauty/aesthetics fluency, webinar/event experience, basic Figma.
90-day success looks like
- 20–25 posts/mo, ≥8% avg engagement rate on TikTok; first creator roster live.
- 3+ ad winners identified; 40–60 MQLs/mo from social + webinars (baseline-dependent).
- Enablement v1 shipped (deck + 3 one-pagers) and updated from Sales feedback.
This is a contract to hire role. You will be working directly with C-Suite and equity compensation will be meaningful for the right fit.
