Company Description AeroFlip is an early-stage footwear startup preparing to launch its first line of lightweight, comfortable flip-flops via Kickstarter. Founded by Stuart Hopkins, the brand focuses on modern design for everyday wear, blending style, comfort, and functionality. The website, branding, and product concepts are already in development, creating a strong foundation for go-to-market activities. AeroFlip is now looking for a co-founder to drive growth, scale the business, and help bring the product to market. This role offers a ground-floor opportunity to shape the brand’s direction across marketing, crowdfunding, partnerships, and long-term business strategy.
We’re looking for an ambitious, creative, and driven Organic Growth & Affiliate Marketing Lead to join AeroFlip at the very beginning of the journey.
This is not a typical marketing role. We’re looking for someone who wants to help build a brand from the ground up and become a key part of the company’s long-term growth.
Initially, this will be an equity-based position, with the intention of transitioning into a salaried leadership role as the business grows and funding milestones are achieved.
You’ll work directly alongside the founder, helping shape the future of the brand, grow the community, drive awareness, and build a scalable organic growth engine around AeroFlip.
What You’ll Be Doing

As the company grows, this role is expected to evolve into a senior leadership position with responsibility for building and managing a small marketing/growth team.
We’re looking for someone excited by the idea of joining early, taking ownership, and helping build something meaningful from day one.
