Execute cross-functional marketing campaigns to support the Retirement participant experience and education of retirement participants.
Responsibilities
- Project Manage campaigns to drive growth strategies for assigned products and channels across all marketing mediums
- Develop campaign project briefs to drive key outcomes
- Ensure adherence to established processes and workflows related to end-to-end campaign strategy and kickoff, creative execution and review, optimizing for performance, compliance approval, and resource assignment
- Identify and recommend new processes and workflows as needed.
- Identify risks and collaborate with project team to proactively adjust to meet stakeholder needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to ensure delivery of superior customer service and operational excellence.
- Manage and develop content library strategy; maintain consistent naming conventions, tagging, and inventory tracking across systems
- Perform campaign analytics and project volume reporting and review; help create plans based on learnings to maximize program and content effectiveness and efficiency.
- Manage digital website projects and coordinate update process and frequency
- Report on productivity, priorities, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Serve as an internal escalation point for campaign related issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or equivalent experience
- Five years of experience in marketing communications, digital marketing or project management
- Experience developing and executing digital campaigns, marketing programs and complex projects
- Thorough understanding of traditional and digital platforms
- Technical acumen to design campaigns that optimize the use of marketing platforms
- Creative thinker
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven track record of identifying and executing on process efficiency initiatives
- Experience with change management
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with hard deadlines
- Familiarity with content management, workflow and other marketing tools such as Workfront, SharePoint, Seismic, Red Oak, CMD, CRM, DAM, Workflow, Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Financial services industry experience
Working Conditions
The Salary for this position generally ranges between $75,000-$85,000 annually. Please note that the salary range is a good faith estimate for this position and actual starting pay is determined by several factors including qualifications, experience, geography, work location designation (in-office, hybrid, remote) and operational needs. Salary may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by applicable law.
Additionally, this position is typically eligible for an Annual Bonus based on the Company Bonus Plan/Individual Performance and is at the Company’s discretion
