Job Description:

Aegis is seeking Implementation Engineers for our Implementation Services team here in the Americas. This position is the “boots on the ground” representative for Aegis at a customer site. An Implementation Engineer gets involved with new customers from the point when the order is received from a customer to the point when the customer can utilize FactoryLogix to realize their business goals. An implementation engineer consults with our customers to guide them in realizing a world class solution using FactoryLogix.

But at the same time assist customers with complex process challenges to utilize FactoryLogix to realize the most efficient and dynamic solution.

Is data analytics and analysis your area of interest? We offer the opportunity to use our Analytics reporting and dashboard tool to allow our customers to be able to measure and see their processes in action. Merge manufacturing knowledge with data collected from a customer’s process to develop reports that allow customers to make informed decisions about their business.

The candidates we are looking for can be anywhere in the US within a reasonable distance of a major airport or can be close to our headquarters in Horsham, PA. Responsibilities:

· Train on and implement Aegis software products. Both remote and travel to customer facilities as required

· Manage and communicate tasks/timelines for a given implementation project

· Attend project status calls and meetings

· Prepare agendas for upcoming customer workshops and visits

· Prepare daily trip reports communicating project status and updates to Aegis management

· Engage with customers to utilize FactoryLogix with their production processes, providing consulting on best practices and efficient manufacturing processes

· Proactively test customizations and integrations prior to client visits

· Work closely with project managers to ensure implementation projects align with customer requirements and business goals

· Promptly escalate any issues or customer satisfaction concerns to the Implementation Manager

· Work with Lead or more Senior engineers to improve product knowledge and to develop/sharpen job skills

Required Skills and Experience:

· College degree and/or extensive work experience in an engineering or manufacturing environment

· Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products

· Strong verbal and written communication skills

· Self-motivated/self-starter with strong initiative to succeed

· A positive attitude/customer advocate

· Travel within North America up to 75% of the time (if candidate matches well with preferred qualifications this requirement may be greatly reduced or eliminated)

Preferred Qualifications:

· Proficient with FactoryLogix or another MES software

· Experienced and knowledgeable in manufacturing environments building electronic and/or mechanical products

· Accomplished software trainer or System Deployment Engineer

· Proficient writing SQL queries and/or administration of Microsoft SQL systems

· CAD Design software knowledge

· Integration with ERP and other infrastructure software

· Administration and advanced usage of Microsoft Server operating systems

Pay: $85,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
