Job Description

AEG Vision seeks a Marketing Manager, Content & Creative, to lead content strategy, creative execution, and brand storytelling across all marketing channels. This role will be responsible for strategic oversight and hands-on content creation, ensuring that all creative assets align with AEG Vision’s brand identity and marketing goals.

This individual will develop compelling content, design visuals, and oversee external creative agencies while managing a Junior Designer responsible for supporting promotional materials, social media graphics, and digital display assets. The ideal candidate is a versatile storyteller with expertise in content marketing, brand messaging, and visual design

Content Development & Visual Design

  • Develop and execute content strategy and creative direction for campaigns across websites, social media, email, in-store materials, digital advertising, TV, and radio.
  • Create engaging content for web, social media, email, digital advertising, and in-store materials.
  • Design compelling visuals for marketing campaigns, social media, and promotional materials.
  • Write and refine brand messaging, ensuring consistency across all marketing touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to develop high-quality multimedia content.
  • Lead the development of storytelling-driven content that enhances patient engagement and strengthens AEG Vision’s brand presence.

Creative Direction & Brand Oversight

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content and creative strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Oversee external creative agencies, ensuring brand consistency across TV, radio, and digital assets.
  • Manage the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system, organizing and optimizing creative assets for internal and external teams.
  • Maintain and enforce brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all owned, paid, and earned media.

Collaboration & Team Leadership

  • Mentor and develop the Junior Designer, providing guidance on social media content, digital ad design, promotional materials, and in-store signage.
  • Work cross-functionally with digital marketing, recall/retention, and field marketing teams to ensure creative effectiveness.
  • Lead brainstorming and ideation sessions, driving innovation in campaign creative.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, marketing, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in content marketing, graphic design, or creative direction.
  • Strong hands-on experience in content creation and visual design.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in designing and developing high quality written and visual content across print, digital, and point of purchase display as represented by a digital portfolio of work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Digital Asset Management (DAM) tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage external creative agencies and oversee high-quality content production.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with experience mentoring designers and working cross-functionally with marketing teams.
  • Experience in multi-location brands and/or healthcare marketing is a plus.
  • Experience using project management software is a plus (e.g., Workfront, Monday, Trello).
  • Positive attitude, detail, and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability.

Pay Range: $70K to $80K per year
