About the Project:
We’re building a next-generation blockchain platform to transform real estate. Our platform includes tokenized property listings, smart contract-driven transactions, and decentralized tools for realtors, buyers, and sellers. We aim to eliminate legacy inefficiencies and design a frictionless, intuitive experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design user flows for Web3-powered property transactions, listing dashboards, and realtor tools.
- Create high-fidelity mockups and prototypes for smart contract interactions.
- Collaborate closely with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation.
- Maintain consistent visual design across dApps, dashboards, and mobile-friendly views.
- Help shape the product’s UX strategy, branding, and accessibility standards.

Design Stack:
Tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Framer (or your favorite prototyping tools).
Platforms: Web3 dApps, responsive web interfaces.
Bonus: Experience designing for blockchain/Web3 platforms, crypto wallets, or DeFi products.

You’re a Great Fit If You:
Have 3+ years of experience in product, UX/UI, or interaction design.
Have worked on Web3 or complex data-driven interfaces (bonus if in PropTech or FinTech)
Understand usability challenges in decentralized applications.
Can turn abstract concepts into clean, intuitive interfaces.
Thrive in remote, async environments and communicate clearly with cross-functional teams.
