Overview
We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design, art direction, and production design, with a passion for creating visually compelling content. This role requires proficiency in various design tools and an understanding of market trends to effectively communicate our brand's message.

Experience creating design systems, branding, CPG development and production.
Excellent at problem-solving.
Able to prepare files and work with the studio to create mechanicals.
Experience developing multi-channel marketing campaigns/programs.
Great at developing compelling ideas and concepts.
Able to collaborate with management, creative directors, marketing directors, etc. to envision and iterate concepts.
Able to be flexible and precise with changing requirements and feedback.10X
Well-rounded, dynamic, and able to move through multiple categories.

Requirements.

BFA in graphic design OR the equivalent work experience.
Must have an online portfolio - provide links.
At least 5 years of experience, in-house or an agency setting.
Strong design and conceptual skills
Strong portfolio demonstrates innovative design solutions on behalf of actual clients. We love to see spec work, more interested in design solutions with real world parameters.
Have a clean, fresh design aesthetic and strong eye for layout, color, and typography.
Highly organized and able to prioritize and work on several projects at the same time.
Attention to detail and a passion for quality and great design.
Ability to create and manage against specified timelines.
Stellar verbal and written communications skills.
Expert with Adobe Creative Suite
Experience in the digital space and digital tools, a plus.
