About the Role

A global FMCG brand is seeking a senior procurement leader to drive the sourcing and delivery of branded merchandise and marketing materials across the EMEA region. Reporting into Marketing Operations leadership, you’ll manage supplier networks, streamline procurement processes, and ensure high-impact branded items are available across all touchpoints—from athlete activations to major events.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement for branded merchandise and marketing collateral across EMEA.
• Build and maintain a best-in-class vendor network aligned with brand and compliance needs.
• Oversee budgets, freight logistics, and invoicing (PO, GRN).
• Coordinate with global teams including apparel, licensing, and marketing stakeholders.
• Identify and source innovative products aligned to marketing briefs and brand direction.
• Continuously improve internal order platforms and procurement workflows.

You Bring

• Experience in marketing procurement or merchandise sourcing across EMEA.
• Strong supplier management and contract negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of international trade compliance.
• Background in FMCG, events, or promotional marketing industries.
• A proactive mindset and passion for brand-driven marketing operations.
