AdvisoryAI is an AI-powered Co-pilot assistant for financial advisors. Our mission is to democratise wealth management by automating complex workflows for financial advisors. Our AI-first approach helps advisors spend less time on middle-office tasks and more time concentrating on building strong, genuine connections with clients.

The startup was founded by two entrepreneurs, graduated from Entrepreneur First (2022 batch), and has raised a 1+ million seed round. We are at the beginning of an exciting growth phase where we have already developed product-market fit, a working platform, and hundreds of daily active users. We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to grow the team and deliver a product to participate in bringing the company to the next level.

Technical stack: Ruby / Rails (Backend), React (Frontend), AWS services (EC2, Lambda, RDS, S3), PostgreSQL (Database), Docker, Redis, Github actions and other continuous integration tools.

In addition to the following technical skills, we are looking for PROBLEM SOLVERS with an entrepreneurial mindset.

Past experience(s) building full-stack applications (in a professional context)
Experience with cloud technologies, especially AWS
Very comfortable with Postgres or other relational database
Experience in building large scalable technologies (external APIs, Docker, etc.)
Experience in building a product from 0 to production.
Autonomous in your work, proactive while working with cross-functional team to build creative solutions
Preferably with prior experience in a high-velocity startup environment
Prefer people either living in Malaysia or willing to relocate to UK.
